Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. Spaces and Networks are free to create — no card required. Every new account gets 100 promo credits at signup. Keeping a Space or Network costs 10 credits a day. The first Space and first Network on an account may use promo credits; further Spaces and Networks need purchased credits. Those daily credits go into a shared pool that pays for apps, AI, storage, and bandwidth. Unused credits stay. Top-ups from $10.

What happens if I go over my budget?

You can set spending limits in your dashboard. We will send alerts when you approach your limits and pause services if exceeded to prevent unexpected charges.

How am I billed?

Each living Space or Network moves 10 credits a day (1 credit = $0.01) into a shared pool. That pool pays for apps, AI, storage, and bandwidth first; only the rest hits your wallet. Unused credits stay. Custom domains are included. No subscription or per-member fees.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can add or remove Spaces, launch or close a Network, or add a custom domain at any time. The first Space and first Network on an account may use promo credits; further ones need purchased credits. There is no subscription — stop the daily 10-credit charge any time by closing that Space or Network.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. You pay what is shown: 10 credits a day to keep a Space, 10 credits a day to keep a Network, and usage — custom domains included at published rates. On a Private Network the owner pays 10 credits a day per Network and 10 credits a day per Space inside it. Stripe Connect has no VTC platform fee — only Stripe's processing fees. SSL and DNS are included. No per-member charges.

Can I pause apps to save costs?

Yes. Individual apps can be paused or hidden at any time. When an app is paused, it stops running and stops costing anything. Your data stays exactly as it was. Your Space and other apps are unaffected.

What payment methods do you accept?

Spaces and Networks have no subscription and no card is required. Top up your Credits Wallet with major credit cards, Zent, USDT, or USDC for platform usage — including 10 credits a day to keep a Space and 10 credits a day to keep a Network. Membership and other card charges on your Space run through Stripe Connect on your merchant account — VTC does not charge a platform fee; you only pay Stripe's processing fees.

Why do Networks cost credits to run?

Spaces and Networks are free to create. Keeping one costs 10 credits a day — not a sunk fee. Those credits go into a shared pool that pays for apps, AI, storage, and bandwidth. Unused credits stay. The first Space and first Network on an account may use promo credits; further ones need purchased credits. Every new account gets 100 promo credits at signup. Top-ups start from $10 ($1 = 100 credits). You are not paying per member.

What are Platform Credits?

Platform Credits are a closed-loop prepaid currency ($1 = 100 credits). A living Space or Network moves 10 credits a day into a shared pool that pays for apps, AI, storage, and bandwidth. Credits cannot be cashed out, transferred between users, or converted to USD — except advertising distributions to your Earnings Wallet.

Does Stripe Connect have a VTC platform fee?

No. VTC does not charge a platform fee on Stripe Connect card payments. You only pay Stripe's standard processing fees on your connected merchant account.

What happens if my credit balance hits zero?

If a Space or Network wallet hits zero, admins must top up to restore access; others see Under Maintenance. After 30 days unpaid, it may be removed. If your personal credits hit zero, apps you added yourself pause until you top up.

Who pays when I use an app?

If the app is on a Space dashboard, that Space pays — or its Network, if it sponsors those apps. If you add the app yourself or run it in your personal account, you pay from your credits. Joining stays free.
